Yep, Vocalizer has a Thai voice. It's not free; you have to pay but it's quite cheap by Thai standards (I spent roughly 3450 Thai baht on it).

Hmmm I have not brought a book for ages.
However there should be a buy button or something somewhere on the page or a buy link.
If you have not brought a book before you will be taken to the wallet where you need to associated a paypal or creditcard but after that you click a pay button, then pay, then you download the book from the page it brings up or from your library.

I thought you would probably pressed some of the shotcut keys of thunderbird.
In thunderbird, you cannot press nvda keys like k to link etc.
For example some keys may trigger delete the mail; some mark as junk mail etc

I got a pdf file, when I open with Adobe pdf reader DC on my windows 7, it said it is blank or require OCR.
However, when I send the pdf to my Ipad via dropbox and ope the pdf with dropbox, the screen reader there can read all those text content, as if it is totally accessible.

Using the latest Thunderbird, I do not have this experience. I have my Thunderbird set to receive messages every 5 minutes, and while I do get the pause in reading or cessation or reading when Thunderbird checks for new messages, nothing gets deleted.

As far as I know Vista is not supported anymore. What I know about Vista is that it was discontinued almost as soon as it was released. Apparrently not a huge success. My suggestion is that you should install Windows 7, or any later release like Windows 10.

You may have to upgrade it to 7. I had a friend who still has her vista laptop. She got it in 2008 just before new years. Her computer goo roo updated it to 7. It runs better.  Just a thought. If your vista laptop can handle 7 then you may have to upgrade to 7.

Probably not. This cat is obsessed with old voices I.E he wanted to make the old Keynote voice as an available voice for NVDA.
