When I also have this problem is w/heading numbers, as in <h3> Marketing </h3> It'll read March 3 ketting because it's translating the heading number into a date format, I guess. Truly annoying.

Use Notepad & paste it in, Gov. This is not an issue w/NVDA, but FB. Sighted folks are complaining too. It's a pita-&-a-half, far as I'm concerned.

Also, under object presentation, try setting your progress bar output to speak & ensure report background progress bars is unchecked. Also while there, ensure play a sound when autosuggestions appear

Under mouse, is your play audio coordinates checked?

Does it happen when NVDA is off? If you need speech to test this, turn on Narrator. It may be that system sounds are being activated on certain events.
