Unless VFO shows that it cares about its customers they will lose market share in the refreshable Braille market also. If I ever get another Braille display i'll avoid any that is controled by VRFO. J

Disabling Windows 10 App Essentials has no effect. In the browse mode menu I checked Include Layout Tables. That had no effect either. I don't see anything else in the NVDA menus that seems relevant.
