The NVDA version can only be used for NVDA. The other version can be used on windows and for any other speaking app/screen reader. Not sure which is better because I have only used and paid for the NV

I currently use the NVDA paid version. Works well for me.

I use docuScan with nvda every day including the v3 beta 2 version and it works well for me.

You need to approve twitter app access on the twitter web site and then you can connect. Maybe you were missing that part?
