I wouldn't write off Libre Office completely. It has loads of keyboard commands; depending on what you are after, there might well be a way to accomplish what's desired. I haven't played with it a lot

I expect to get about ten years out of a computer, and that’s more than many would, I’m aware. Luckily this desktop system is very easy to upgrade in terms of ram, drives and so on.

I just hit f12 to get a slightly different version (I think) of the “save as” dialog box. Using Office 2016 though, not 365. I did use 365 for a while at work though and didn’t really find significant
