To add to what I said earlier. Joseph actually had a project, search for project longhorn, to support more modern processor and OS features. He had a build of NVDA that supported SSE2 in newer process

This is true. However we do need more granularity. As was said before in this topic, live region abuse is very common, and it should be possible to disable them. For eexample, run a speedtest on speed
