You don't have to use pandoc only on Linux. You can also use it on Mac and windows at the command line.

Even if you don't us wsl there are windows executibles that you can use at powershell or cmd.exe. wsl is good but it is not the only tool in town.

You need to use notepad++ 32 bit version until either they fix it or the earth stops spinning. The 32 bit version works fine with NVDA and jaws even the latest version

Drop box works for me with NVDA, Jaws, Narrirator, Voice over on Mac, Voice over on IOS, and Talkback. I am not sure the trouble your having but it is still one of the best secure methods.

Chickennugget allows it but you have to switch. I don’t’ think it lets you combine them.

When you say git bash console do you mean wsl or something else. The character echo is working for me in wsl.
