I can assure you that the little that NVDA does read is still helpful. Waltr2 allows you to send files directly to your iDevice.without the need of iTunes. It works wonderfully.

Accept that when I try to add ring tones it makes the noise as if the tone has been aded but it never shows in the list of tones.

Try this open Eloquence and uncheck everything that you have checked. Then press ctrl+insert+v, tab twice, make sure it is pointing to ETI Eloquence and go through and set all your other changes. ****
