What is the latest version of thunderbird that still works with the quick key folder navigation addon?

It seems that if you close NVDA or restart it you will get multiple instances of NVDA in the system tray. Right now I have four NVDA listings in my system tray.

I found the link for the Dectalk syn that works with the latest version of NVDA. I can post it here if someone can tell me if this a legal addon. It is from grossgang.com

So I found a NVDA addon called DECtalk py3.nvda-addon. Is this a legal addon? It works well with NVDA 2020.2 but I will remove it if it isn't legal.

Doing some experimenting. Just installed Thunderbird version 78.1 along with the quick key folder nav addon. Still having issues with the addon working as it should.

One thing that thunderbird 78 has is a calendar that is not a addon as it has been. Is there a way to disable the calendar?
