Nope the problem was some how object descriptions was unchecked thus NVDA wasn't reading the object which in this case was dialog boxes.

I disabled all addons and it still doesn't read the dialog boxes that NVDA generates.

Reboot doesn't fix the issue. Ironic that NVDA doesn't read the dialog boxes it generates.

Microsoft Home and student does not Outlook but for me Thunderbird works well for my Email client and I don't need the calendar and other features in Outlook. I am mostly interested in Word.
