The System Requirements section of the NVDA 2018.2 User Guide would say which versions of Windows are supported, so yes, please consult that, before posting version information to this group.

Except for if you are on a workstation where you do not have access to upgrade to Windows 10, given your message, then you should use NVDA 2017.4.

I am anxious to learn the answer on this one also. I ended up being exempt from Visio stuff, but if someone has figured out how to overcome its obstacles, it would be great to hear how.
