groups.io error I think
I sent an email to nvda@nvda.groups.io. I typed in the full address; did not use the reply function. however the email bounced back from the digest-no-reply address.

There is a setting that got rid of many weird symbols for me: NVDA menu, preferences, Braille Extender, Braille Tables, Prevent undefined characters with Hexadecimal Unicode value

Regular expression in the dictionary [Re: Expression régulière dans le dictionnaire]
I have found out the hard way that regular expressions vary in different settings. It would be nice if nvda domumented exactly which implementation or re it uses.

Braille display not working on websites
Hello, Did you get this figured out? I seem to recall you are using brltty. In linux you must specifically enable braille input in the config file. perhaps there is a similar requirement in windows.

BrailleConnect 40 Query
If the braille connect has been left off maybe you could get brltty to handle it. I never could get brltty to work with nvda, so I would classify this as a desperation move. Good luck. let us know if

Can't be done. I griped about this a while back. I doubt anybody totally deafblind can use nvda.

Reading past the visible screen on a CMD Window?
You could redirect stderr to a file then read the file. or less as someone suggested.
