First off uninstall webvissum as that modifies web page layout so if that doesn’t work either upgrade firefox or down grade nvda

Maybe its because you are using an outdated version of firefox with the latest nvda that’s the issue here or maybe the site has updated and is no longer compatible ith older versions of firefox

Have you got the pdf plugin installed or enabled in firefox
