you will have to modify the nvda shortcut properties under the general tab you will find a section for shortcut key where you can enter your desired keyboard shortcut sequence

If you type in default browser in search it should come up with choose default browser select that to open up the default settings and select Firefox for your default browser

Probably because the desktop shortcut for nvda has been moved or deleted

Its in nvda preference > settings > clock setup > time display format Use the drop down menu to select your preferred display format

the clock addon has an option in the addon settings to use 24hour format
