I too feel that NVDA is the best screen reader out there. It has helped me as far as doing shopping online as well as writing messages.

I use NVDA. Yes, I do get some repititions if I press enter but if I press the up arrow key after pressing enter, I can read the entire message.

Hi, Gene, I have my keyboard set to skim mode so all I have to do is press the up arrow and the message is read out. I haven't had to do that too often though because most of the messages are read out

I'm having this problem too. I guess the only thing you can do is go to the top of the message and hit insert down-arrow to read it. I don't know of any way to turn off the extra verbage.

I can't get it to work for me. I get a message about requiring persion to but I don't know what they mean by that.

As far as e-speak, my favorite voice in that one is male 2.

I think that's a great idea. If more people spoke up about their favorite voices, we could get them added to NVDA.

I'd also like to see the cortana voice added to NVDA without charge. I really like how she sounds. My favorite voice in the one-core voices is thefemale voice called Zera. She sounds very clear.

Did you try doing a restart? I have to do that from time to time when that happens.
