Strange behavior on internet
The problem is most likely antivirus software. Look for protection against keyloggers or similar and disable it.

Arrowing over an item activates it in google forms
There's a change in Chrome which causes this. Try this: NVDA menu, Preferences, Settings, Browse mode, make sure Automatically set system focus to focusable elements is unchecked (or press NVDA+8).

Seeking User experiences using NVDA on Windows 11 ARM
I've heard of this button focus issue. I assume Chrome changed something. In browse mode settings, try turning off Automatically set system focus to focusable elements.

Does the Case Sensitive checkbox have any interaction with pattern matching when a Regex is used?
This is easy enough to test: Pattern: \btest\b; Replacement: testing; case: off; Type: Regular expression Results: test = Testing, Test = Testing With case on, results: test = testing, Test = test
