My recommendation is to turn off HTML mode. That not only disables pointless graphics, but also avoids quite a number of malware and phishing attempts. I can't tell you how to do this in Outlook 2019

32 vs 64 bit.
You may be right. My recollection is approximate. I'm not interested in unsupported operating systems, so I don't know the precise NVDA version which last worked on XP. I know some people here still t

32 vs 64 bit.
No, NVDA is distributed as a 32-bit binary. That means it will work on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows. The change from Python 2.7 to Python 3 is a completely separate question. Similarly,

A long talking of Nvda on web
Please give an example of a URL where you have this problem, so we know what NVDA is telling you about. Otherwise we can only guess, which may not be helpful... Antony.

NV Access' New video featured in this week's In-Process
My guess would be that the video features only free components, and the producers didn't want to lead people to expect something which turns out you need to pay for after you've installed the free sof

Nvda and Language Esperanto
There are round brackets, square brackets and curly brackets. Some people use different shorter words for these, such as parentheses and braces, but the word "bracket" alone is ambiguous. Antony.

how do you access screen notifications with NVDA?
I didn't think there ever was a released version of Windows eight - Microsoft went directly from Windows 7 to Windows 10 - or am I missing something here? Antony.

Getting your Windows Version
As another aside to the NVDA developers, I assume that NVDA is able to discover the Windows version for itself, so it might be useful to include that information as well in the NVDA - Help - About det

It strikes me that it would be better for NVDA Remote to send not the keystrokes themselves, which then need to be interpreted by the remote machine, and rely on it having the same NVDA keyboard layou

Changing the way NVDA pronounces non-English words
This is not really an NVDA question - it's more of a synthesiser question, so please tell us which synth you use (and perhaps which other synths you feel happy with) so people might be able to advise
