I agree. I often have to resize my images to fit my podcast cover art. I can do it by guessing however I have made mistakes and some sighted people pointed that out as I did some math incorrectly.

No, zoom to fit zooms the clips to the timeline. I zoom to that then I zoom in and make any adjustments as needed then split, select, split as necessary, then trim if needed as well.

Basically it’s a way to get stuff done with out a graphical user interface or GUI. I love the command line and would if I could, use it for all of my tasks.
