I haven't tryed other voices, I am using max set to english not english-us. it's ony a problem when I 1 go to 100% instead of 99% or belo I don't miss one percent of speed so ok 2 when I need to crank

the fluttering happens when the speed is set to 100 % it doesn't flutter at 99 %
