I can view pdf’s in my firefox 49 with nvda 16.3 and I have no pdf reader installed but firefox can view pdf’s ok Including your site pdf I am running win 10 1607 I know this info doesn’t help you but

If you go to speech recognition in control panel and select text to speech can you preview the voice through there?

Use narrator instead of nvda until you reset it Or whatever you need to do

The only thig I can suggest is to view the files in the icloud drive folder on your pc The folder should be in your c:\users\yourprofile\icloud drive And yes the web interface is in accessible Good lu

If I cloud drive is enabled on your phone then is should sync without you doing anything just make sure icloud drive is enabled in the icloud setting on your pc which can be found in your start menu A

Go to the code factory website and download the nvda addon then it should work

The name of the addon is code factory voices for nvda If that addon is not in your manage addons then its not installed If it is then something else is going on
