There's a very good tutorial by Joseph Lee called Welcome to NVDA. It's quite comprehensive and well worth taking the time to study.

You can get voices from Code Factory. At Guys has the eloquence voices I think for 69 dollars. It comes with a lot of different voice from what I read on the site yesterday.

I decided to switch to the mail app. Thunderbird did work well with NVDA. For me, it was much easier to use an email client rather than web-based email. Sent from Mail for Windows 10
