Hi. Generally, those skip links are hidden unless one focuses on them with the tab key. They might be useful to more than just blind people. IN theory, there are keyboard only users who aren't blind.

cisco webex conferencing accessibility?
It isn't great. you can do it but it isn't a fun experience. Learn the hot keys. It is actually slightly better with Jaws than NVDA but not significantly and it isn't really pleasant with either. Bria

NVDA has Acquired a new, and somewhat annoying Feature
This is specific to the 75 version betas of thunderbird. Turning off the status line helps some but not entirely. they still haven't fixed the ability to sort columns and the addon will no longer let
