Chris Mullins #35976 Hi Rose Marie After opening the mail app, keep pressing tab until you land on ‘Settings’, then press spacebar. In the subsequent dialog, press tab until you hear ‘Message List’, then press spacebar. Tab through the options until you find the toggle button entitled ‘Show messages arranged by conversation’ and press spacebar to uncheck it. Tab down to the ‘Back’ button and press spacebar, finally press escape to return to the main window.
