Does anyone know how to put editable fields into PDF files? I have Adobe acrobat DC (Pro), so can make PDFs, but the edit pdf option doesn't seem to work for me.
I frequently receive government documents that are in PDF and I would like to fill them out on the computer, but the PDFs are not editable. How can I make them editable?
I also would like to know how to make my own editable PDFs.
