I tried to go into this to search for zune music
which is suppose to have something to do with groove music. Once I opened it I
could do nothing else. NVDA seem to just freeze up.

Make sure you have "report dynamic content changes on", you can toggle it with NVDA-5 on the number row. If that's off, it won't read anything.
