Can we use multiple desktops on Windows 10?

Hi all. I was thinking of making a few desktops, say one for games and one for audio or whatever. I think I remember something about multiple desktops coming up somewhere, maybe in an addon, but I have no idea what it was. So can we use them? If so, how do we make one, name it, and switch between desktops? I assume once you have it made it works like everything else and you send new shortcuts to the current desktop, or cut and paste from one desktop to the other if you have shortcuts that already exist and you want to move them. I guess we can probably use them but it's just something I've never looked into. Thanks in advance for any help.

it is a part of windows 10. to add a virtual desktop press control+winkey+d. To move between desktops press control winkey left or right arrow.
