Your codes should be in the email you got.
WIth CodeFactory, you'll have to submit a ticket, on the CodeFactory and Eloquence for NVDA website. Make sure to label the request as high priority. If you set it on low, it'll be months before you hear anything back from them. |

It always makes sense with such info to put it on some back up media or something like that in case something happens, but I'v e mostly found that if the company has good records they are more than happy to resend the details, after all tech tends to conspire against us at times!
