hi all,
So I am back with another question. Does anyone here know how to duplicate citations from one folder to another? in Zotero? The sighted do this through drag and drop. Standard copy and past commands have no effect. |

Hello, I have not yet tried this but have noticed in the context menue that a duplication option is listed. Have you found this and tried it yet? Place focus on the tree list of citations and select the one you wish to duplicate. Then press shift +F10 to reach the context menu. Does that help any? Sally |

Hello, Did you say you were having trouble finding Zotero in MS word? Is the Zotero tab visible in MS word for you now? Otherwise, you may need to temporarily disable or turn off your antivirus and reinstall the MS word plub-in. That was the case for me on Windows 7. My Windows 10 machine with the built in antivirus had no difficulties.
