I just made my first training material purchase. I didn’t see how it would come to me. Should I expect an email since I did not find a download link?

Hi Robert, You should have got an email straight away, although some email servers might put it in spam. If you go to https://www.nvaccess.org/my-account/downloads/ you should be able to download all material you have purchased. As in an electronic BRF file? I remember we did consider it at one point. I can't recall if there was an extra cost for our transcribers to supply a BRF file, or whether it was just that we thought having it available in hardcopy Braille and electronic text already would meet the needs of the majority of users.
