Hello, I have the latest WordPress, 5.1.1. and NVDA2019.1. I can log in to WordPress, but I can't moderate comments. I find the link that says xx comments and press enter. It goes to the comments page, but there I am lost. There are supposed to be check boxess and ddropdown menus, but I can't find them. Thanks, John -- John J. Hi, John, You might want to try upgrading to the latest version of NVDA which is NVDA 2019.1.1. Let us know if that fixes the problem. Rosemarie Sent from Mail for Windows 10

I have NVDA 2019.1.1 On a different machine and I have tried it there with sighted help. The guy couldn''t walk me through the moderation process. It just didn't make sense from NVDA.

Brian's Mail list account
That sounds then, like they have broken the system again. It may be that Jaws has a script they are using to get around the issue. I don't use it myself so cannot comment further, but it would not be the first time some brand new version of a web site or program has been broken by the people who write it. Brian

I have had a problem moderating comments since October with all the changes in NVDA and Wordpress. I'm pretty sure it's a NVDA problem. Maybe an add-on would fix it.

I disagree, respectfully. At least it's not NVDA as a whole. I use NVDA, I looked on your site using it, in fact, because you gave me a login, (just for clarification to the rest of the list that I didn't hack into your site :)), & everything was visible that I said in my post to you via my WordPress4newbs list. I'm not saying your installation of NVDA on your machine isn't broken. I think it is, actually. But it's not the norm for NVDA.

Brian's Mail list account
If its web based then a browser might be the culprit. If it did work and you now say it won't raise an issue on the nvda issue tracker, its the only way it will be looked into. Brian
