Are you sure it's happening with 1809?
I ask because I read something about what you are describing but relating to 1903. 1809 was a very problematic update but nothing regarding this error as far as I know.
At any rate, now you are better off waiting for the 1903 update since this is the latest one. Now, who knows when it will hit my PC LOL

I've read that you can pin the most used items to your clipboard so it won't disappear when computer restarts, but NVDA doesn't seem to have access to this option. Would anyone by chance know how it works?
