Oh perhaps then somebody can tell my council of this system.. grin. They seem to have adopted what I often call the pudding concept of document writing. I'm sure I need not explain that if you have every mixed a pudding.

Hi Brian, When you have multiple sections in a Word document, you can set up each section differently. So you can have one section which is landscape while the rest are portrait (maybe to show a wide table), you can have different numbering - think a book which isn't numbered for the title page and copyright, but has a preface with roman numeral numbering then regular chapters that are numbered normally.
