windows one core voices speed parameter

Leo

Hi I'm trying out windows one core voices and I have found no matter if you increase speed rate til 100 percent is not fast enough for me, this isn't happens when using the addon instead of latest nvda snapshot.

is this how it is going to be?

why?

Hi,
This is limitations of not having access to the private API OneCore synthesizer employs, and last time I heard, it'll be rectified in a future build.
Cheers,
Joseph

Here is a quick and dirty work around. Thanks for James Teh for this one. In the search box type in speech and the speech settings should come up. Press enter. Now adjust the rate accordingly. Press tab to get to the rate setting.
