question about supporting external synthisizer

Well then that is what you need to address i suppose. I've seen drivers for othe external synths, though how legal or otherwise they are I do not know. I'd have thought if it was trivial, it might have been out there for other screenreaders by now as well.

Hello I downloaded the nvda add on fore the braille note classic that I got

this unit was made in 2003 braille works perfictly.

is there a way some one can create a add on fore the synth part of this device?

the external synth does work in window eyes
