Introducing Enhanced Touch Gestures 17.07 #addonrelease
I’m delighted to announce the immediate release of Enhanced Touch Gestures version 17.07 (aka Project Ailee). Version 17.07 of this touchscreen add-on for NVDA packs tons of new features and changes, some of which are documented below.
The new version can be found at:
Notable additions include:
Known issues: Touch Interaction may appear under NVDA preferences menu on computers with no touch support. I plan to fix this as part of 17.07.1.

I was a little confused to note that a lot of Hp machines running windows 7 seem to have touch support. I know nothing about how this works, but would suspect its not the same as in windows 10 in any way, and is best ignored if using nvda.toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
The computers seem to be either integrated monitor and computer or laptops from HP.

I'm not running an hp machine, I have a dell all in one, and it's running windows 8.1, and the enhanced touch gestures plugin works perfectly well for me. It allows me to do things with the machine without need of a keyboard, especially when reading text, it's easier to reach up and perform a swipe than it is to press nvda-arrow or something similar, I use and like the touch gestures plugin.toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
