problem nvda with hotspot shield

Hello, I use hotspot shield for open block sites, and I use nvda screen reader, when I use navigation mode for sign in to my account, when NVDA reads username edit, nvda and hss crashed and I must open nvda again and open hotspot shield (hss) again. please solve this problem. -- با سپاس, محمود هژبری
