Its the NVDA key+N, that is N for November Or in your case hold down the caps lock key and press the N key together

Back in the bad old Days I used to have a very lame Toshiba xop machine that would not use capslok as anything but capslock, but that was due to the non standard way the keyboard was read. I think this may have been mentioned earlier but make sure caps lock is not turned on It needs to be OFF otherwise it wont work as a modifier key
