NVDA says "blank" every time CTRL is pressed in VipMud 2

The subject says it all. I'm curious if it's an NVDA problem, or whether it's a bug with VipMud 2? Thanks.

I assume it's sending an empty string to NVDA. NVDA says blank in this case.
