New Thunderbird

I just got it. Closing and reopening Thunderbird fixed it. I also checked to make sure I was set to classic view before I closed it.

Switch to the classic view in Thunderbird.
After updating it to the latest version, just restart it, it should be fixed itself.

I'm using Thunderbird 68.3.1 (64 bit) and it works fine with NVDA.

Please, can be NVDA updated to do that?

1. What version of NVDA are you using to access Thunderbird?

2. What version of Thunderbird are you using?

3. When you mention the tree view are you referring to the list of
folders, such as inbox, drafts, etc.


Have you tried the following?

1. Close Thunderbird.

2. Quit NVDA.

3. Restart NVDA.

4. Restart Thunderbird.

Have you restarted Thunderbird? If that doesn't fix the issue, I'm not sure what the issue is.
