nvda 2019.3.1 with seika braille display

hello, i have a very old model of seika braille display, i can't remember exactly the type. when i installed the latest version of nvda it stopped working. i went to the user guide and tried to download the updated version of seika driver from the link attached there, but it asked for a username and password and it didn't let me download the driver. my computer runs with windows 7 64 bit. thanks for your help
