vocalizer speech addon for NVDA

I purchased the Vocalizer NVDA addon from A T Guys. It works fairly well except for having the ability to have the pitch raised at a level that is detectable. My biggest issue is not getting any response from the support team at A T Guys having sent several requests for support and not getting any response from A T Guys.

I & others have reported this issue w/Eloquence & 1core voices as
well, so it looks like the Vocalizer synths can also be added to those
that don't increase pitch w/capitalization as anticipated.

At guys sells the synth, but is not the developer. Did you buy the
Tiplotechnia (sp?) or code factory version?
