Hi 2019.3.1 is the latest version. For completeness, you can always check for updates in nvda’s help menu.

As Mr. Wolak has already noted, as of today's date, the latest NVDA released version is 2019.3.1
For completeness, here are the two commands you can use to check what version you are currently running and have NVDA check if there's a newer version, and install it. Check Current Version (About) NVDA+N,H,A
Check for Updates NVDA+N,H,C
