Having NVDA not say blank lines when reading an email

Hi, if you receive an email is there anyway to have NVDA not read blank lines? Can you have program specific settings?

No, but why are you reading line by line and not using read to end? If you use read to end, you won't hear blank lines announced.

It should apply even if arrowing up and through the message. It is about user choice.
