Hi, Exactly which build is this? If you are on build 20161 or older and are using an Intel machine, please upgrade to build 20170 immediately. Cheers, Joseph

Hi, Go to Settings (Windows+I), then go to Update and Security/Windows Update. Provided that you are on the right channel, you should be presented with a new build if you check for updates. Cheers, Joseph

Hi, That’s one of the reasons why I asked for the current build number, as dev and beta channels are on different builds. Given that Windows 10 Insider Preview just told you that the build is about to expire, you are either running a really old build (prior to 19041) or on an earlier dev channel (say, 19600 or 20161). Cheers, Joseph

Hi, In which case you need to wait for a build supporting AMD processors to be released by Microsoft. Cheers, Joseph

Hmmm. I have the latest update of windows 10 and everything works, I did however get the latest drivers which were released on the day of the update, 20.5.1, its now 20.7.2 but whatever, they all work. Most of my drivers on the laptops actually didn't need changing bar sound, camera, one of the network cards and the mouse. No firmware updates needed so far.

I'm also getting this message, which began literally the day after an automatic update was installed, which has me really confused. Christopher Bartlett
