Hi.  Musescore since version 2 has been accessible with NVDA. They have a set of jaws scripts too to make it more accessible with Jaws.  Cheers!

Well, Sivelius is accessible and also you can use Braille Music Editor with an addon for NVDA (if you write in Braille).
