I recall that there is an antivirus package that blocks use of NVDA with the web, or at least makes it very difficult to use. I don't remember the name though, and was wondering if he had it installed. |

Hi, I seem to remember it might be called web root. at least that was the program that did this some years ago for me. it did not stay on the computer for long.
