Translating addons

You would be better off contacting the developers and/or maintainers of a specific add-on in regard to collaborating with them to create a translation to be used with that software.
You are not likely to need to know how to program, as most situations where someone translates that's precisely what they're doing. Hi, And such a forum exists: https://groups.io/g/nvda-translations You don’t send your translations directly to add-on authors (by the way, NVDA people use Gettext, so translators can use Poedit and other .po file editors), although that could change later (right now translations workflow (not covered here) are going through a major reimagination).
