list of links
Don H
I thought there was a NVDA command to create a list of all links on a web page. Having said that I can't find any reference to it in the NVDA manuals. Is there such a command?

Nvda plus f7, then tab to the radio button and choose links. This si called the elements list. Search the menual for "elements" and you should be good to go. You can even filter in the search field. -- Sarah Alawami, owner of TFFP. . For more info go to our website. Links is the default setting. If you change it, you may have to reset it, I don't know but if you haven't used the feature before, it will already be set for links.

capslock+F7 (or Insert + F7) in Chrome browser gives me a popup to start caret browsing in the browser. I am using a desktop keyboard on my laptop.

You might also have a wonky NVDA key on your keyboard. F7 alone is the toggle for caret browsing in the Chrome browser. It seems like the "INS+" or "CAPS LOCK+" part of the shortcut for the elements list is not being detected by NVDA. -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 20H2, Build 19042 Any idiot can face a crisis. The elements list in NVDA 2020.3 and earlier only works in Browse mode - so if you are in an edit field or other form field and NVDA is in Focus mode, the elements list won't come up. In NVDA 2020.4 (due out very shortly) the elements list works in focus mode as well. You can try out the release candidate of NVDA 2020.4 here: https://www.nvaccess.org/post/nvda-2020-4rc1/ Regards Quentin. That's a common feature now. Just tab to the no or cancel or whatever is provided in the dialog and cancel the option. I'm not sure what you want to know about it. It is of little or no use to blind users. it provides sighted people with what we already have, a virtual cursor. Firefox has the feature as well. I believe the Brave and Edge browsers have it as well.
