Office 365, Word, working with comments
Hi Sandra,
Set your view to drafts or, use the previous and next comment commands in the ribbon to move from comment to comment. Once you land on a comment, invoke the context menu and you will have office 2013 like options. Pranav |

You can navigate to the next comment in a Word document by pressing ALT+R, N and to the previous comment by pressing ALT+R, V. These keyboard shortcuts will actually place you in the comment balloon, allowing you to edit the comment directly. Pressing the application key while in the comment balloon will allow you to reply to or delete the comment as well. Rick -----Original Message-----

I can create new comments, but I am unable to edit or delete comments. When I move the cursor to commented text and press the applications key, the menu only shos the option to create a new comment. In Office 2013 I am able to delete or reply to comments. Does this work differently in Office 365, and does it work with NVDA? Thanks Sandra |
