nvda crashes on address bar

I think nvda crashes because if tts crashes, nvda would become silent. But, there nvda does not become silent. Rather they hear turn on sound of nvda. They use espeak and aliquent tts. How can I send log on behalf of them?

At this point, I'm not sure we can know what.
